RULES

I posted the tournament rules Brandon gave me. Click the tab above labeled "RULES" to see them.

I couldn't help noticing the rules for this tournament are rather sparse and vague compared to those used for the March tournament in Atwater. I think there are some pretty big gaps that need to be covered starting with player eligibility. Who can play in this tournament?  The rules have been updated.
