Greetings,
The Richmond Outlaw Softball Team (hailing from the Richmond Teleservice Center) in partnership with the Atwater and Richmond Little Leagues, would like to extend an invitation to you (and any of your subordinate offices interested in participating) in the First Annual Outlaw Invitational Softball Tournament to be held Saturday March 19, 2011 at Osborn Park located at 501 East Bellevue Road, Atwater, CA 95301. First pitch will be at 9:30 AM.
The cost is $210 per team. This covers a roster of up to 14 players. Additional players can be added at a cost of $15 per player. Checks or money orders can be made payable to Atwater Little League. Space is limited to a maximum number of 10 teams, first come, first serve. Maximum player roster is 14 unlimited and minimum is 10. Rosters are required to be evenly split male/female. All participants must be Social Security Administration employees. The registration deadline is Friday, February 18, 2011 Monday, March 14, 2011. All fees must be received by the due date in order to secure your team's participation. A tournament packet including a flyer, a team roster, an individual player waiver, and a brief overview of the tournament's rules (ASA) can be mailed upon request or the information and forms can be obtained from this site.
A full concession stand serving up the best Little League hot dogs, Polish dogs, pizza, nachos, tri-tip sandwiches, snacks, and sodas/sports drinks will be operating throughout the tournament. All proceeds from the tournament fees and the concession stand will benefit the Atwater and Richmond Little League non-profit organizations.
This invitation has been extended to the employees of the Frank Hagel Federal Building, PCO, RTO, Bay ADO, Northern ADO, and the Cal Central ADO. We hope you will join the SSA family for a day of fun at the ballpark!
